Who can do what.

  • OwnerEverything: invite, remove members, change roles, hand ownership to someone else, rename and delete the team.
  • AdminInvite people, remove members, rename the team, and delete anyone's items.
  • MemberSend, copy and pin; delete their own items; mute the team; leave any time.

How many people can be in a team?

Up to 20, and you can own up to 5 teams.

How do I invite someone?

In the team, choose Manage, then New invite code. Share the code; they choose Join with a code. Codes expire by themselves and you can revoke them.

Does everyone need the app?

They need a free account. They can use any app, or just the web app in a browser.

Can I stop notifications from a busy team?

Yes. Mute it from the team's header; you'll still see everything when you open it.

What happens when someone leaves?

They lose access at once on every device. What the team shared stays with the team.
