1. Using Mnem0

By creating an account or using the Mnem0 apps, website or service, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country).

2. Your account

Keep your devices and sign-ins safe; you're responsible for what happens in your account. If a device is lost, remove it from Devices straight away.

3. Your content

What you send stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and deliver it only as needed to run Mnem0 for you and the people you share it with. You're responsible for having the right to send what you send.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't use Mnem0 for anything illegal, or to share content that harms or exploits others.
• Don't send malware, spam, or content you don't have the rights to.
• Don't try to break, overload or get around the limits or security of the service.
• Don't access other people's workspaces or accounts without permission.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. The free service and its limits

Mnem0 is free today, with limits (for example 25 MB per file and 30 days of history for unpinned items). We may change the features and limits, and we may introduce paid plans; if we do, the free plan stays and we'll tell you before anything you rely on changes.

6. No guarantees

We work hard to keep Mnem0 fast and available, but we provide it "as is", without warranties. Keep your own copy of anything important: Mnem0 is a way to move things, not a backup.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, arising from your use of Mnem0.

8. Ending

You can stop using Mnem0 and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms.

9. Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above, and for important changes we'll tell you in the apps.
